What is my serial number?

To find your serial number, follow the instructions below:

  • Download JFTP, if you have not already done so
  • Install JFTP, if you have not already done so
  • Start/Launch JFTP. This will bring up a dialog box with your serial number and other information on how to request/apply a license.

Please note that, if you already have a valid license, for e.g., an evaluation license, then you can find the serial number in the status window of JFTP.
